When you buy a vaulted item on Drip, it does not get shipped to you immediately. Instead, it is stored securely in your Drip Vault under your account. This process is automatic, and there is no extra step needed after checkout. Once vaulted, your item is available instantly for you to view, manage, or use for trading and resale.
How Vaulting Works at Checkout
Vaulted listings: Some products in the Marketplace are listed as “Vaulted.” When you buy one of these items, the system automatically sends it into your Vault instead of preparing it for shipping.
Instant confirmation: After completing checkout, you will receive an in-app notification and, in most cases, an email confirming that your item has been vaulted successfully.
Immediate availability: The item appears in your Vault almost instantly after payment is processed. This means you can manage or list it without waiting for shipping or delivery.
Where to See Your Vaulted Items
Vault section in your account: After your purchase, go to your profile menu and click on Vault. All vaulted items tied to your account will appear here.
Redemptions page: You can also find vaulted items under your account’s Redemptions tab. This section shows everything stored in your Vault and is where you will go if you decide to redeem items for shipping. You can access it directly here: dripshop.live/user-profile/redemptions.
Viewing item details: Each vaulted product will display with its title, condition, and current state. From here, you can choose to keep it stored, set it to “Taking Offers,” relist it, or redeem it for shipping.
What You Can Do After an Item is Vaulted
Keep it vaulted: Leave the item stored safely in your account until you decide to take further action.
List it for sale: You can relist a vaulted item as Buy Now, Auction, or Giveaway. This makes it visible to other buyers on Drip.
Set it to Taking Offers: If you want to allow others to negotiate for your item, you can switch it into Taking Offers mode.
Redeem for shipping: At any time, you can select vaulted items and request that they be shipped to your address. Shipping and taxes will be applied when redeeming.
Important to Know
You cannot manually vault a non-vaulted item. Only items listed as vaulted at checkout will go into your Vault.
Vaulted items always remain in an active state, such as “Listed” or “Taking Offers.” They cannot be completely hidden.
Once you redeem an item for shipping, it leaves your Vault and cannot be used for offers, trades, or resale on Drip until it arrives at your address.
