Troubleshooting Tips For Vaulting & Offers

Most vaulted purchases on Drip appear and update automatically, but in rare cases buyers may experience issues such as missing items, delays, or confusion about how vaulting works. This guide explains common problems and what you can do to resolve them.

Item not showing in your Vault

  • Purchase completed but not visible: If you’ve bought a vaulted item and it does not appear in your Vault or Redemptions, first refresh the page and allow a few minutes for processing. Vault transfers are usually instant, but in some cases there can be a short delay.

  • Check order history: Verify that the order shows as successful in your purchase history. If it does, the item should be vaulted.

  • Next step: If the item still does not appear, contact Drip Support with your order number so they can confirm the vault transfer.

Redemption delays

  • Redemption request submitted: After you redeem an item for shipping, it leaves your vault and moves into the shipping process.

  • Processing time: Depending on the seller and fulfillment partner, there may be a short window before tracking is provided.

  • What to do: Check the Redemptions page for status updates. If the item shows as redeemed but does not receive tracking within the expected timeframe, reach out to Support.

Item showing as vaulted incorrectly

  • Physical item instead of vaulted: If you purchased an item expecting it to ship, but it appears in your Vault, it may have been listed as a vaulted product by the seller.

  • How to resolve: From your Vault, you can redeem the item for shipping. If you believe it was incorrectly marked, provide the order details to Support for review.

Offers and vaulted confusion

  • Made an offer, item missing from cart: When you submit an offer, the item is removed from your cart and moved to your Offers page instead. This is expected behavior and does not mean the item is lost.

  • Offer declined or expired: If your offer is declined or expires, the item will no longer appear in your Vault or Offers, since ownership never transferred.

General tips

  • Always check both your Vault and Redemptions tabs when looking for vaulted items.

  • Vaulted items cannot be hidden completely; they are always in an active state until redeemed or transferred.

  • If an item seems missing, check whether it was redeemed, sold, or still pending in Offers before contacting Support.


If you continue to experience problems with vaulted items not appearing correctly or redemptions not processing, provide your order details to Drip Support so the team can assist further.
