How to Redeem a Vaulted Item for Shipping

When you purchase a vaulted item, it’s stored under your account instead of being shipped right away. You can request delivery whenever you’re ready by using Redemptions in your profile. Vaulted items appear in your Vault almost immediately after purchase, so you can redeem them without waiting for fulfillment.

Open your Redemptions page

  • Profile → Redemptions. From your profile menu, go to Redemptions to see every vaulted product that’s eligible to ship. This is the starting point for all vault redemptions and is where you initiate shipping for items stored in your vault.

Choose what you want to ship

  • Select one or more vaulted items. The Redemptions page lists the vaulted products available to send as physical cards. You can pick the specific items you want to receive in this shipment (you don’t have to redeem everything at once).

Confirm address, shipping, and taxes

  • Verify your delivery address. You’ll be prompted to select or confirm where the items will be shipped.

  • Review costs before paying. The redemption checkout shows shipping and taxes so you know the exact total prior to submitting the request. These charges are collected during the redemption flow.

Complete the redemption checkout

  • Pay and submit the request. Finish the redemption checkout to start the shipping process for the items you selected. After submission, those items are no longer just stored for redemption—they’re queued for physical delivery.

What to expect after you redeem

  • Processing and handoff to shipping. Once you complete the redemption checkout, the order moves into shipment preparation for delivery to your confirmed address. You can return to Profile → Redemptions any time to initiate additional shipments for any remaining vaulted items.

Helpful notes

  • Redemptions are optional and on your schedule. Many buyers keep items vaulted and redeem selectively; vaulting is instant after purchase, so you don’t need to redeem immediately.

  • Mixed carts vs. redemptions. You can purchase vaulted and non-vaulted items together from the same seller in one payment; vaulted items transfer instantly while physical (non-vaulted) items follow normal shipping. Redemption is only for items that are already vaulted.
