Sellers are expected to follow Drip’s mission, values, and seller policies to maintain a fair and trusted community. Violations of Drip’s policies may result in strikes, suspensions, or permanent bans.

What Happens When You Get a Strike?

If you receive a strike, you will be notified via email and a personal message on Discord. The message will include:

  • The specific policy you violated (e.g., harassment, shipping violations).

  • How the strike affects your streaming and selling privileges.

  • What steps you can take next.

Strike System & Consequences

🚨 Warning (First Violation)

  • Most first-time violations result in a warning as mistakes can happen.

  • However, serious offenses may lead to an immediate strike, suspension, or termination without prior warning.

⚠️ First Strike (1-Week Suspension)

  • A second violation may result in a strike.

  • Penalty: 1-week suspension from streaming and selling on Drip.

  • You will also be muted in the Drip Streamer & Seller Discord Community.

  • After 1 week, your account privileges will be restored, but the strike will remain on your record for 90 days.

⚠️ Second Strike (2-Week Suspension)

  • A second strike within 90 days results in a 2-week suspension.

  • Penalty: 2-week suspension from streaming, selling, and community access.

  • After 2 weeks, privileges will be restored, but strikes remain active for 90 days from issuance.

🚫 Third Strike (Permanent Ban)

  • Three strikes within 90 days will result in permanent suspension from Drip.

  • Penalty: You will be banned from selling, streaming, and the Drip Streamer & Seller Discord Community.

What to Do If You Get a Strike?

  • Review Drip’s Seller Handbook and Drip Seller & Streamer Discord Community Rules to ensure compliance.
