If you’ve used a third-party service like Pirateship to ship an item, you can request a reimbursement from Drip by following these steps:
Step 1: Access the Support Channel
To start the reimbursement process, head to Drip’s Streamer and Seller Community on Discord.
Go to Discord: Ensure you're part of the Drip Streamer and Seller Community.
Navigate to the support-chat channel: This is where all reimbursement requests are initiated.
Step 2: Open a Reimbursement Ticket
In the support-chat channel, type:
/tickets open shipping reimbursements
and press send.You will be redirected to the ticket chat, where you can provide details for your reimbursement.
Step 3: Provide Detailed Information
Once in the ticket chat, you’ll need to supply all necessary details for your request.
Include: Order number(s) impacted, reason for external shipping, and proof of shipping (e.g., receipt from Pirateship).
Be detailed: The more accurate your information, the faster your request will be processed.
Step 4: Submit Your Request Before Monday
Reimbursement requests are processed every Monday. Make sure you submit your ticket before the end of the day on Monday to ensure timely processing.
If you submit after Monday, your request will be reviewed the following week.
