Be Responsible
Sellers must act responsibly during their streams. Excessive drinking or marijuana use is not allowed while streaming. Additionally, products that promote the consumption of alcohol or drugs cannot be sold on Drip.
No Promotion of Competing Selling Platforms
While streaming and selling on Drip, sellers may not promote other selling platforms or direct buyers to external marketplaces.
Zero Tolerance for Bullying, Harassment, or Discrimination
Drip maintains a zero tolerance policy against:
Bullying
Harassment
Abuse
Discrimination
Retaliation
Any seller found engaging in these behaviors will face immediate action, including revocation of host access.
Keeping Chat Friendly
Sellers are responsible for moderating their streams and ensuring the chat remains a positive space.
Monitor for hateful or abusive messages.
Do not allow negative discussions about other streamers.
Use moderator privileges to enforce a respectful and welcoming environment.
For repeat offenders, report the issue to Drip support, and we will assist in removing disruptive users.
Sell Only on Your Own Live Streams
Sellers should only promote and sell their products on their own live streams or their Drip Shop. Do not promote your store or items in another seller’s stream.
Drip is built on a supportive and respectful community, and maintaining that environment is essential.
No Outside Payments
All sales must be completed through Dripshop.live or the Drip app. Accepting payments through external platforms or direct transactions outside Drip is strictly prohibited.
Keeping all transactions on Drip helps ensure security and trust for both buyers and sellers.
Follow Manufacturer Rules for Pre-Releases
Sellers must comply with manufacturer rules when selling or shipping products that have an official release date.
Pre-orders are allowed, but items cannot be opened, sold, or shipped before their official release date.
No Trolling in Other Sellers’ Streams
Sellers must respect fellow streamers and avoid negative behavior in other sellers’ streams.
Do not criticize another seller’s pricing, stream setup, or presentation.
Keep interactions professional and supportive to maintain a positive seller community.
