Can I Cancel an Auction Order?
🔴 No, auction orders cannot be canceled.
Once you place a bid and win an auction, the purchase is final. Drip does not allow cancellations or refunds on auction orders to maintain fairness for all buyers and sellers.
If you have concerns about an auction order, you can reach out to Drip Support, but please note that cancellations are not guaranteed.
How to Cancel a Regular (Non-Auction) Order
If your order is not an auction purchase and has not yet shipped, cancellation may be possible. Here’s what to do:
Step 1: Contact the Seller
The first step is to message the seller directly through Drip’s messaging system.
Politely request the cancellation and explain your reason for the request.
Step 2: Seller Approval Required
Sellers are not required to cancel an order, but many will do so if the request is reasonable.
If the seller agrees, they will cancel the order on their end.
If the seller declines, the order will proceed as normal.
💡 Tip: If you’re unsure whether you want to complete a purchase, always review your cart carefully before checking out.
What If a Shipping Label Has Already Been Created?
If the seller has already printed a shipping label but has not yet shipped the item, cancellation may still be possible:
Step 1: Confirm with the Seller
Contact the seller and ask if they are willing to cancel the order.
If they agree, they must refund the shipping label first before processing the cancellation.
Step 2: Refund the Shipping Label (Seller Action Required)
The seller will go to their Orders Dashboard and find the order.
They must select the option to refund the shipping label to void the shipment.
Once the label refund is processed, the seller can cancel the order.
📌 Important: If the seller does not refund the label, the order may still be processed for shipping.
Can Drip Support Cancel an Order?
Drip Support may be able to help in special cases, such as:
