Ensuring Secure Packaging
Sellers must use quality shipping materials to protect their shipments.
Engage with the Drip seller community on Discord to get recommendations on the best shipping materials for different types of products.
Drip handles cases of missing or damaged items individually but may hold sellers accountable if improper packaging is a recurring issue.
Sellers may be liable for the full purchase amount if valuable items consistently arrive damaged due to insufficient protection.
π Drip is not responsible for uninsured missing or damaged items valued over $1,000.
Shipping Add-ons for Extra Protection
For high-value orders, sellers should consider additional security measures:
β Signature Confirmation β Recommended for items over $500.
β Shipping Insurance β Protects against loss or damage in transit.

Click Custom on the order.
Select the checkbox for the Signature Required or Insurance add-ons when purchasing the shipping label.
Refunding a Shipping Label
If a label was created by mistake:
Click the box next to the customer's name.
Select Refund Label at the top of the screen.
If eligible, the refund will be processed within 14 days, and funds will be returned to your available balance.
Accurate Weight Input
Sellers must correctly input the weight of items sold on Drip.
Actual weight must be providedβDrip may verify through audits or customer feedback.
Repeated or intentional weight inaccuracies may result in penalties.
Drip will review shipping reimbursement requests but reserves the right to decline any requests at its discretion.
Using Third-Party Shipping Services
Sellers may use external shipping platforms, but they must manually update tracking information on Drip:
Return to Drip after shipping.
Mark the order as shipped and add tracking details within three (3) business days of the live stream or purchase date.
