All sellers must ship orders within three (3) business days from the live stream or purchase date.
If you have specific shipping days, clearly state them in:
Your Drip profile
Stream descriptions
Live announcements during your stream
Transparency helps manage buyer expectations and improves the shopping experience.
Shipping Policies for Live Pack Openings
If you sell individual packs that are opened live, buyers must be informed about your shipping policy.
Clearly state in your item description or Drip Shop profile whether:
All cards from the pack will be shipped
Only select cards (e.g., hits) will be shipped
Providing this information upfront prevents misunderstandings and ensures buyer satisfaction.
Secure Packaging: Protecting Buyer Purchases
Use proper packaging materials to ensure orders arrive in perfect condition. Recommended materials include:
Penny sleeves & top loaders (for cards)
Bubble mailers & team bags (for extra protection)
Filler materials (to prevent movement during transit)
Proper packing minimizes the risk of damage and enhances buyer trust.
Tracking Information: Mandatory for All Orders
Every order must include tracking information and be shipped within three (3) business days.
Orders shipped via Shippo automatically include tracking.
If using another shipping method, sellers must manually enter tracking details in Drip and mark the order as closed.
