Editing a shipping address for an order is a straightforward process in the Seller Hub. Follow the detailed steps below to ensure the correct address is used for your shipments.

Step-by-Step Instructions:

  1. Log in to Your Seller Hub Account

    • Open your browser and navigate to the Seller Hub login page.

    • Enter your username and password. If you’ve forgotten your password, click on the "Forgot Password" link to reset it.

    • Once logged in, you'll be directed to your dashboard, which shows your current orders, shipments, and other seller tools.

  2. Navigate to the Shipments Section

    • From the main dashboard, locate the sidebar menu (on the left-hand side of the page).

    • Click on Shipments to view a list of all orders that are in the shipping process.

  3. Find the Order Needing an Address Change

    • Use the search bar or scroll through your list of orders to find the specific order for which the shipping address needs to be updated.

    • You can search by Order ID, Customer Name to make finding the order faster.

  4. Access the Custom Shipment Settings

    • Once you’ve found the correct order, click on the "Custom" option in the dropdown next to the order.

    • This button opens up additional customization options for the order, including shipment details.

  5. Scroll to the Shipping Addresses Section

    • On the order details page, scroll down until you reach the section labeled Shipping Addresses.

    • Here you will see two main sections: Shipping From (your address) and Shipping To (the customer’s address).

  6. Locate the Shipping To Address and Click Edit

    • Under Shipping To, you’ll find the current shipping address provided by the buyer.

    • Click on the Edit button next to this address to make changes.

    • A form will pop up where you can update the address fields such as Street Address, City, State/Province, Postal Code, and Country.

  7. Update the Shipping Information

    • Carefully enter the new shipping address. Make sure to double-check all details for accuracy, especially the postal code and street address.

    • Incorrect information may lead to delivery issues or delays.

  8. Save the Updated Address

    • Once you’ve confirmed the new shipping address is correct, click the UPDATE button at the bottom of the form.

    • The system will then apply the new address to the order.

  9. Confirm the Address Change

    • After saving the changes, you should see a confirmation message or notification that the shipping address has been successfully updated.

    • Go back to the order details page and verify that the new address is now listed under Shipping To.

Few Reminders:

Timing: It’s crucial to edit the shipping address before the order is shipped. Once the order has been marked as shipped, changing the address will not be possible through the Seller Hub, and you may need to contact your shipping provider directly.

Customer Communication: If the address change was requested by the customer, it’s a good practice to inform them that their shipping address has been successfully updated. You can use the platform’s messaging system or send an email to confirm.

Accurate Details: Always verify that the new address is complete and accurate, including any apartment numbers, postal codes, and country-specific formatting. Address mistakes can lead to failed deliveries, returns, or delays.

f you experience any issues while updating the shipping address or if the system doesn’t save the changes, reach out to the Support Team for assistance. Be sure to provide the Order ID and details of the address update attempt when you contact support.
