When waiting for a refund, it's common to wonder how long it will take to show up in your account and what steps you can take if there’s a delay.

Refund Processing Timeline

After a refund is issued, the credited amount typically appears in your account within 5 to 10 business days. The exact time depends on your financial institution’s processing schedules and policies, which may introduce slight variations.

  • Standard Timeline: Refunds commonly process within 5–10 business days.

Steps to Troubleshoot Refund Delays

If a refund doesn't appear in your account within the expected time:

  1. Verify the Refund Status: Check the status of your refund on your DripShop account to confirm whether it has been processed.

  2. Ensure Correct Information: Make sure the order information (e.g., order IDs) you provided for the refund is accurate and complete. Incorrect or missing details can delay processing.

  3. Contact Your Bank: Occasionally, delays occur due to your bank’s internal processing time. It’s worth contacting them if you've confirmed that the refund was processed on our end.

Next Steps

If you’ve taken the steps above and the refund still hasn’t appeared, contacting our customer support team for further investigation is recommended. Be ready to share details such as the order ID and refund status to expedite the resolution process.

Note - If you paid via Drip credits, the refunds will be issued back to your Drip credits not your card
