What are the refund policies for orders in transit or lost in transit?

Refund requests can arise under different circumstances, such as when an order is lost in transit or is already in the delivery process.

1. Orders Lost in Transit

If a DripShop order is lost while in transit, there are two available options for refund resolution:

Please note that each of the circumstance has to be confirmed. This means a missing mail search has to be filed with the local post office and once you a confirmation letter - help can be offered. Drip would not be able to take action without a confirmed LOST item from the USPS.

  1. Drip Credits: You may receive Drip Credits equivalent to the value of the lost item. These credits can be added to your account for future purchases.

  2. Full Refund: Alternatively, a full refund can be issued to your original payment method. The choice between these options may depend on your preference and the specific circumstances of the lost order.

2. Refunds for Orders Already in Transit

Refunds cannot be processed if the order is already in transit. Once an item has been shipped, only the seller has the authority to cancel the order. It is advisable to monitor the delivery status and contact customer support if additional assistance is required after receiving the item.
