Do Items Expire or Disappear in My Cart?

Items added to your cart on Drip are not permanently reserved. A cart is simply a holding space for products you are interested in, but the item is still available for other buyers until you complete checkout. Because of this, it is possible for items to disappear from your cart in certain situations.

Why Items May Disappear

  • Another buyer purchased the item: If someone else checks out and buys the product before you do, it will no longer be available and will automatically disappear from your cart.

  • Seller removed the listing: A seller may decide to take an item down from the Marketplace or an upcoming stream. If the product is no longer listed, it will also be removed from your cart.

  • Limited stock sold out: If a seller only has a limited number of units and they all sell out, any remaining cart entries for that item will disappear.

  • Expired listings: Some products may only be available for a limited time, such as special drops or stream-based items. If the listing expires, it will be cleared from your cart.

Important to Know

  • Adding an item to your cart does not guarantee that it will still be available when you are ready to checkout. Only completing checkout secures the item.

  • If an item disappears from your cart, it means it is no longer available for purchase.

  • You can always check the seller’s Marketplace page or upcoming streams to see if the item is relisted or if similar products are available.
