Your shop banner is the first thing buyers see when visiting your profile. A strong, branded banner helps set the tone for your store, promotes professionalism, and lets you stand out in the marketplace.

Updating your banner on Drip is quick and easy. Here's how to do it:

Step-by-Step: Changing Your Banner Image

1. Go to the Seller Hub

Start by visiting your Seller Hub at:
🔗 dripshop.live/seller-hub/dashboard

This is your main dashboard where you can view your sales, listings, streams, and profile details.

2. Click “Change Banner” on Your Profile Header

Once you're in your Seller Hub:

  • Look toward the top of the page where your shop banner is displayed (the large image behind your profile name and follower count).

  • On the right-hand side of the banner area, click the “Change banner” button.

This will open a file selection window.

3. Upload a New Image

Choose an image from your device to use as your new shop banner. For best results:

  • Use a high-resolution image

  • Recommended dimensions: at least 1200 x 300 pixels

  • Avoid images with too much text or small details — keep it clean and visually impactful

Once selected, your new banner will be uploaded and saved automatically.

4. Refresh to See the Update

After uploading, you can refresh the page to confirm the new banner has been applied. Your store profile will now show the updated image to all visitors and buyers.

Tips for a Great Shop Banner

  • Use brand colors, a logo, or a visual theme that matches your listings

  • Make sure important visual elements aren’t cut off — keep the center focused

  • Avoid using low-resolution or blurry images

  • Keep it updated if you’re running seasonal themes or promotions
