The Shipments tab in your Seller Hub now includes powerful filters to help you manage and fulfill orders faster. This is especially useful if you're running multiple streams, selling Pull Boxes both on and off stream, or handling a variety of marketplace sales. With the new filters, you can sort your orders based on where they came from—so nothing gets missed and fulfillment stays on track.
Filter Options Available
You can now filter shipments based on the sales source, making it easier to pick and pack orders correctly:
Streams – Orders placed during live-streams.
Pull Boxes – Products sold via Pull Boxes, including both in-stream and off-stream pulls.
Marketplace – Regular store purchases made outside of live-streams.
Why These Filters Matter
Filtering helps you:
Build Faster Picklists: Off-stream Pull Boxes can be easy to overlook since they happen silently. This filter helps you generate an accurate list of items to pack.
Stay Organized During Heavy Volume: When you’re running daily streams and processing off-stream orders simultaneously, filtering your view helps reduce confusion.
Improve Accuracy and Speed: Quickly see what still needs to be fulfilled from each type of sale source. It keeps your workflow clean and focused.
How to Use Filters in the Shipments Tab
Open the Shipments tab from your Seller Hub.
Click on the filter icon at the top of the page.
Choose from the available filters:
Stream Orders
Pull Boxes
Marketplace Products
Toggle between filters or use them together to narrow your view.
Use Case: Off-Stream Pull Box Orders
If you're running Pull Boxes that are always active—even when you're not live—this filter is essential. Buyers can purchase pulls at any time, and those pulls are logged in your Shipments tab.
Using the Pull Boxes filter:
Helps you see which pulls were made off-stream.
Lets you create a picklist specifically for those orders.
Ensures you don’t miss items that weren’t revealed during a live stream.
Since in-stream pulls are opened live, you usually already have the cards in hand. Off-stream orders, though, require a different fulfillment flow. The filter solves that by giving you a clean list of exactly what needs to be picked and packed.
Quick Tip
You can also use the search bar to narrow your results even further—by product name, username, or other keywords. Perfect for high-volume sellers.
