Product Listings
Managing your product inventory efficiently is crucial for maximizing sales and ensuring a seamless buyer experience. Below are the steps to upload and manage your products on the platform.
Uploading Inventory
There are three ways to upload products to your store:
Bulk Upload: Use the "Upload CSV" option to add multiple products at once, saving time when managing large inventories.
Add Product with AI: This feature allows you to upload an image, and the AI will assist in generating the listing details.
Manual Upload: Manually enter product details by selecting "Add Product."
Product Information
To ensure your listings are comprehensive and appealing to buyers, include the following:
Image/Video: Upload clear images and videos to showcase your product.
Category Selection: Choose the appropriate category for your item. If selling coins or currency, additional fields such as product type and tax code for precious metals and gold will be available.
Product Name & Description: The product name is mandatory, while the description is optional but recommended for providing additional details.
Properties: Use this field to add extra specifications or relevant information.
Pricing
Starting Price: Required for auctions.
Reserve Price: Optional; set a minimum price that must be met for the item to be sold.
Quantity: Indicate the number of items available in stock.
Product Status & Management
Active/Inactive Toggle: Control whether the product is visible to buyers.
Weight: Enter the product weight if applicable.
Social Sharing: Easily share your products on social media by selecting the three-dot menu beside any product or using the checkboxes for bulk sharing.
Sold Tab: View and manage completed sales to track product performance.
Auction Listings
Active Products: Add items directly to a live stream or list them for offline auctions.
Offline Auctions: Products listed in the store can remain available for up to seven days.
Buy Now Listings
Fixed-priced items are automatically added to the store for immediate purchase.
Giveaways
Product Value & Quantity: Set a value and define the quantity available for giveaway events.
In-Stream/Off-Stream Options: Giveaways can be conducted during live streams or listed in the store for up to seven days.
Box Break Templates
Box break templates are a great way to create engaging, repeatable games for your streams. Sellers can customize templates and use them across multiple streams to enhance the buying experience.
Creating a Box Break Template
Purpose: Box breaks allow sellers to design interactive games that buyers can participate in.
Category & Spots: Predefined categories exist for sports, and a custom option lets sellers modify the number of spots (default is 10, with a maximum of 100).
Choosing a Format
Pick Your Spot: Buyers can select a specific spot in the break.
Random Spot: Spots are assigned randomly, adding an element of surprise for buyers.
Fun and Unique Games: Sellers can use pre-designed templates to create an engaging experience for participants.
