Seller Age Requirement
To sell or stream on Drip, you must be at least 18 years old. Minors under 18 can stream only if accompanied by a parent or guardian who owns an LLC.
No Gambling Allowed
Drip does not permit gambling, raffles, or any games of chance. However, games where buyers participate must have a guaranteed win every time. If a game is played, each participant must walk away with a prize—no exceptions.
Stream Content Guidelines
Titles, Descriptions, and Media
Stream titles, descriptions, preview images, and pre-show videos must remain PG and free from explicit language or vulgar imagery.
Pricing information cannot be included in these areas, except for auctions and pull games.
Acceptable auction phrasing includes:
✅ "$X Auction"
✅ "$X No Reserve Auction"
❌ "$2 packs here" or "lowest prices around" (not allowed)
Licensed Content
Streaming copyrighted content (e.g., music, videos) is not allowed unless you have a sync license or have paid a royalty fee. Using unauthorized media can lead to copyright strikes. If you need music for your stream, visit Free Music Archive.
Content Restrictions
Malicious or Offensive Content
Any language, behavior, or content that promotes discrimination or hate based on gender, sexual orientation, race, ethnicity, religion, disability, or other protected groups is strictly prohibited.
Pornographic or Sexually Suggestive Content
Drip is a diverse community, and all content must remain appropriate for viewers of all ages. The following are not allowed:
Explicit, provocative, or pornographic content
Clothing or poses that deliberately emphasize the chest, buttocks, or pelvic region
Sexual suggestive behavior in exchange for money or purchases
Erotic dances, stripping, or flashing
Encouraging sexual advances from viewers
Prohibited Items for Sale
Drip allows a wide variety of collectibles for sale, but certain items are strictly prohibited:
Unlicensed products
Stolen goods
Hateful or extremist materials
Weapons
Alcohol, drugs (including marijuana), and tobacco
Pricing Policies
Each seller determines their own pricing. Price fixing is illegal, meaning sellers cannot coordinate to raise, lower, or stabilize prices. Discussing pricing with other sellers—publicly or privately—is prohibited and will result in a warning or a strike for repeat offenses.
Drip does not influence how sellers price their products. Buyers do not always choose the lowest price; experience and community engagement matter.
For more details on price fixing, visit the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guide.
No Offline Streams
Sellers must be present during their live streams. Drip is a live shopping platform, and buyers expect an active host. Offline or unattended streams are not allowed.
