Drip Shop Live – Official Giveaway Rules

Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

Void where prohibited by law.

Employees, officers, and representatives of Drip Shop Live, its affiliates, partners, and immediate family/household members are not eligible.

The Giveaway begins and ends on the dates and times stated on the Drip Shop Live platform or in the official giveaway announcement (the “Giveaway Period”).

Entries received outside this period will not be eligible.

Follow the instructions provided in the giveaway announcement (e.g., submit a clip, comment, tag, or participate on the specified platform).

Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE): To enter without making a purchase or meeting the stated entry requirements, email [email protected] with the subject line “Giveaway Entry.” Include your full name, email address, and mailing address. Entries must be received during the Giveaway Period.

Limit: One (1) entry per person unless otherwise stated. Multiple entries beyond the stated limit will be void.

Prize(s) will be as described in the giveaway announcement.

Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each prize will be stated in the announcement.

Prizes are non-transferable, and no substitution or cash equivalent is permitted, except at the sole discretion of Drip Shop Live.

Winner(s) will be selected [at random / by criteria stated in the announcement] from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Winner(s) will be notified via [platform used for entry, e.g., Instagram DM, Discord message, or email].

Winner(s) may be required to provide proof of eligibility and complete an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release (where lawful).

If a winner cannot be contacted within [48 hours] or fails to provide required information, an alternate winner may be selected.

For Canadian winners, a skill-testing question must be correctly answered to claim the prize.

Prizes will be shipped or delivered to the winner within [30 days] of confirmation.

Drip Shop Live is not responsible for lost, delayed, or misdirected prizes due to incorrect information provided by the winner.

By entering, participants grant Drip Shop Live the right to use their name, handle, likeness, and submitted content (including clips) in promotional materials, without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

Drip Shop Live reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any factor impairs its integrity.

Entries generated by bots, scripts, or other automated means are void.

Participants agree to comply with all applicable laws and these Official Rules.

By participating, entrants release Drip Shop Live, its affiliates, employees, and partners, as well as Instagram, TikTok, Discord, or any other platform used to promote the giveaway, from any liability related to participation, prize acceptance, or use.

This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Instagram, TikTok, Discord, or any other platform used.

This giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of California.
