If you’ve purchased an Instant Pack on Drip, you can reveal it yourself directly from your account dashboard. This article explains exactly where to go and what to do, and offers troubleshooting steps if the option to open a pack is missing.
Where to Find Your Instant Packs
Once you've purchased an Instant Pack:
Log into your Drip account.
Click your profile icon in the top-right corner of the site.
From the sidebar menu, select "My Instant Packs."
You’ll see three tabs:
All – includes both opened and unopened packs.
Unopened Packs – shows packs that are ready to be opened.
Pulled Items – contains items revealed from your previous packs.
How to Open (Reveal) a Pack
To reveal an unopened pack:
Navigate to the Unopened Packs tab.
Locate the pack you wish to open.
Click the blue “Open pack” button beneath the pack thumbnail.
Once opened, the cards or items inside will be moved automatically to your Pulled Items section for viewing.
If You Do Not See the “Open pack” Button
If the button is not visible under your pack, try the following steps:
Confirm you’re logged into the same account used for the purchase.
Refresh the page. Use
Ctrl+Shift+R(Windows) orCmd+Shift+R(Mac) for a hard refresh.Try a different browser. We recommend using Chrome or Safari.
Log out and log back in. Then revisit the My Instant Packs page.
When to Contact Support
If none of the above resolves the issue, contact Drip Support. Please include the following:
Your Drip username or email address.
The name of the pack (e.g., “JWOSH Moon Pack”).
The date and time of purchase.
A screenshot of your My Instant Packs tab (if possible), showing the missing “Open pack” button.

Reminders
Packs can be opened by the buyer at any time — no seller or live stream involvement is required.
If a buyer does not reveal their own pack, the seller may be prompted to reveal it manually, but this is not the intended experience.
