As a seller, enabling in-store pickup allows your customers to conveniently pick up their purchases directly from your shop or a designated location. This feature is ideal for local buyers who wish to save on shipping fees or receive their items faster. To enable this feature, navigate to your Seller Hub and configure your shipping settings by adding a valid pickup address and activating the in-store pickup option for all products. This streamlined process ensures your customers have the flexibility to choose their preferred delivery method, enhancing their shopping experience.
How to Enable In-Store Pickup for Your Shop
Step 1: Access Your Seller Hub
Log in to your Seller Hub account.
Step 2: Navigate to Shipping Settings
In the Seller Hub, go to Settings.
Select Shipping Settings from the dropdown menu.
Step 3: Add a Pickup Address
Under the shipping options, locate the Pickup Address section.
Click Add Pickup Address and enter the necessary details:
Street address
City, state, and ZIP code
Contact information (if required)
Review the details and click Save.
Step 4: Enable In-Store Pickup
After adding the pickup address, locate the In-Store Pickup option.
Toggle the switch to Enable in-store pickup for all products in your shop.
Confirm the setting by making sure the toggle is on
Step 5: Verify the Settings
Return to the Shipping Settings page to ensure the in-store pickup option is activated.
Optionally, test the checkout process to confirm customers see the in-store pickup option.
