Where to Find the Fee Breakdown:
Log In to Your Drip Seller Account:
Start by logging into your Drip account and navigating to the Seller Hub.Go to the “Orders” Section:
On the left-hand menu, click on Orders. This will take you to a page showing all your recent sales, including their status (e.g., shipped, pending).Select an Order:
Find the order you want to review. If the order is marked as Shipped, you’ll see three dots (•••) next to it. Click on the three dots.
View Order Details:
From the dropdown menu, select Order Details. This will open a detailed breakdown of the transaction, including the price, shipping fees, commission fees, and payment processing fees.
Example of a Fee Breakdown:
Let’s take a sample order to illustrate how fees are applied:
Total Sale Price: $14.97
Buyer Paid Shipping: $5.97
Commission Fee (6%): $0.90
Payment Processing Fee: $0.73
In this example:
Drip charges a 6% commission fee on the item price (not including shipping).
The payment processing fee is a flat rate based on the payment method and order amount.
The total payout to the seller for this order is calculated as follows:
Price - Fees = $13.34
How to Calculate the Fees:
To calculate the fees Drip charges on any sale:
Commission Fee: Multiply the item price by 6% (e.g., $14.97 × 0.06 = $0.90).
Payment Processing Fee: Check the specific amount in the order details. Payment processing fees vary depending on the payment method used by the buyer.
Important Notes:
Shipping Costs: The buyer pays for shipping separately, and this amount is added to your total payout.
No Hidden Fees: All fees are transparent and can be reviewed in the order details for each transaction.
