When you shop on Drip, each seller manages their own products, pricing, and shipping. For this reason, carts are grouped by seller, and checkout can only be completed for one seller at a time. If you have items from multiple sellers, you will see separate carts for each seller, and you will need to complete a separate checkout for each one.
Why Carts Are Grouped by Seller
Independent sellers: Every seller on Drip is responsible for processing their own orders, shipping, and customer service. Grouping carts ensures that each seller only receives the orders they are responsible for.
Accurate fulfillment: By checking out with one seller at a time, orders go directly to that seller’s dashboard without mixing with items from others. This avoids confusion and ensures the correct items are shipped to you.
Separate shipping and fees: Since each seller ships their own items, shipping costs are calculated per seller. This makes sure that shipping is applied correctly to your order.
Example Scenario
If you add two items from Seller A and one item from Seller B, you will see two separate carts:
Cart for Seller A (2 items, one total price).
Cart for Seller B (1 item, its own total price).
You will need to checkout Seller A’s cart first, then complete a second checkout for Seller B’s cart. Each order will be processed independently and shipped by the respective seller.
